The power of nature’s botanicals will assist us in our intention of grounding and centering, while gentle movement and stretching will prepare the body for our Nidra meditation. 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra is often compared to several hours of regular sleep. Students will emerge relaxed, grounded and renewed.

Erika is the creator of AromaNidra, an immersive aromatherapy, movement and meditation practice which was born out of her passion for supporting the healing powers of the parasympathetic nervous system. She is a NYC based Yoga Educator (ERYT-500, YACEP) specializing in Yoga Therapeutics, Self-Awakening Yoga, Restorative and Yin. Erika is passionate about an inquiry-based and somatic approach to practice. Drawing on the practices of Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine and Aromatherapy, as well as the latest research in neuroscience, she creates classes, workshops and trainings designed to inspire, inform and empower.
