Explore how the practice of yoga and informed voice work can benefit anyone who uses the voice. Vocal Yoga is beneficial for those hoping to free their voice and enhance their unique expression. This workshop is especially great for anyone who uses their voice in a performance or presentational setting, like singers, actors, or teachers!
We will learn how using our voices can benefit our physical, mental, and spiritual bodies. The workshop will begin with an introduction on vocal yoga, then will move into an open-level vinyasa class incorporating specific sounding in asanas (poses) and pranayama exercises for the voice.
