Frequently asked questions about our studio policies:

1. Do you have mats and props?

Yes we have complementary mats and props! Available for use during any of our in studio classes or bring your own.

2. How do I cancel my class registration?

You can cancel a registration up to 30 minutes before an in-person or online class. Click this link for instructions.

3. How do I cancel a membership or buy it for one month only if I don't want it to auto renew (monthly, every 6months or yearly)?

Click this link for instructions to end your subscription at the end of the current billing period.

4. Why is the studio door locked?

If you have arrived after the start of the class, the door is locked in order to keep our studio and our students' belongings secure.  Just as you lock your home, we do the same.  If you are running under 5 minutes late, you can try to reach the studio via DM on Instagram.  The phone is on silent in order to not disturb the treatments in session.  We know commuting in New York City is not always reliable but try to be respectful of your fellow students and the instructor.  We have multiple classes every day.
