She/Her/Hers
With fifteen years of practice, over ten years of full-time teaching, and three years of studio ownership, Sarah brings lived-in experience and compassion to her classes. She teaches people, not poses, emphasizing mobility, strength building, pranayama, and practical movement with structural integrity. Sarah has completed three teacher trainings, including Hatha Vinyasa with Kira Ryder in 2007 and Ashtanga with David Swenson in 2013. Her teaching weaves together humor, theory, and music with safe, tailored asana.
She has taught workshops, retreats, and classes internationally and a successful online model. Sarah has also completed continuing education in trauma-informed teaching and teaching to vulnerable populations. Above all, she finds yoga to be an excellent means of connection and loves helping people find ways to access and build a relationship with yoga on their own terms.
