Justine is a yoga teacher with a love of all movement and mindfulness. With a background in movement based theater and dance, Justine received their 200 hr YA certification in Vinyasa yoga. Having completed over 100 hours of meditation training, they inspire mindfulness in both stillness and movement. With an emphasis on inclusivity, their yoga classes encourage all students to challenge themselves to find new strength and body awareness. Their classes will energetically and emphatically link body, breath, and movement to help students feel more centered and empowered both on and off the mat!
