I obtained my Pilates teacher training certification from Core Pilates NYC. I have since been working one on one with clients and groups. I enter the fitness industry with a background in Martial Arts (Karate and Boxing). This has provided me with a strong foundation in body movement, flexibility and strength. Pilates began as an interest and support for these other sporting activities. Now it is my passion.

I am committed to developing my skills as an instructor. I love helping people reach their fitness goals, no matter their current level of ability. I believe that everyone can enjoy the benefits of Pilates, and I strive to make my classes both enjoyable and effective.

About the class:
Open for all levels. Classical Pilates Mat style with additional use of small props  which help to give support, and also to enhance the exercises. Classes will focus on  core strengthening, proper alignment and building balanced strength and flexibility.
