Spinal twists are beneficial for detoxifying the body, improving digestion, and releasing tension in the lower back. In this workshop, Chauncie will guide you through a series of dynamic and static poses that will help you develop strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in your backbending and spinal twisting practice.

Breakdown of common backbend & spinal twist poses
Modifications for different levels of yogis
How to use props like yoga blocks and our Dharma Straps to facilitate and deepen your practice
